CP Level 2 – Roma – Janet Thomson

Classroom Profiling Level 2 builds on the foundations of Level 1, deepening participants’ skills in observation, analysis, and professional reflection.

This training supports experienced profilers to refine their use of the Classroom Profiling processes and to strengthen the quality of professional conversations about teaching and learning.

Participants will develop the skills to:

Deepen profiling practice
Refine observation and analysis skills to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and professional judgement.

Strengthen professional conversations
Further develop skills to lead reflective discussions focused on classroom management, pedagogy, and student engagement.

Access to the Classroom Profiling Observation Database
Participants are trained to use the Observation Database, enabling them to submit observation data and generate whole-school summary reports to inform strategic planning and school improvement.

Intended Audience
Financial members who have completed CP Level 1 and are actively profiling within their school or region.
