Classroom Profiling Level 1 introduces participants to the core processes, protocols, and resources that underpin Classroom Profiling.

This training equips new profilers to observe classroom practice with clarity and purpose, and to engage in professional conversations that support reflection, growth, and improvement.

Participants will develop the skills to:

Profile with confidence

Learn how to observe and analyse classroom practice in a structured, objective way that supports meaningful reflection.

Facilitate professional conversations

Develop the skills to guide colleagues through reflective discussions focused on classroom management, pedagogy, and student engagement.

Join a collegial professional network

On completion, participants become members of the Classroom Profiling Association Inc. for the remainder of the registration year, connecting with a supportive community of educators committed to improving practice. Membership can be renewed annually to continue access to resources, networks, and professional learning.
