Classroom Profiling Instructor Training
Classroom Profiling Instructor Training prepares experienced Classroom Profilers to deliver Classroom Profiling training within their own school and support the development of new profilers.
This two-day program builds participants’ confidence in facilitating professional learning, supporting participants through the profiling process, and maintaining the integrity and consistency of Classroom Profiling training.
Participants will develop the skills to:
Deliver Classroom Profiling training
Learn how to facilitate CP training within your school, guiding participants through the Classroom Profiling processes, protocols, and resources.
Support and mentor colleagues
Develop the skills to coach and support new profilers as they build confidence in observation, analysis, and professional reflection.
Maintain quality and consistency
Strengthen your understanding of Classroom Profiling protocols and quality assurance processes to ensure training is delivered with fidelity and consistency.
Build profiling capacity within your school
Support the ongoing development of Classroom Profiling by creating opportunities for staff to engage in high-quality professional learning and reflective practice.
Intended Audience
Classroom Profilers who:
- Hold current CP Level 2 Quality Assurance certification
- Are current financial members of the Classroom Profiling Association Inc.
- Are actively profiling within their school
Important Note
Instructor accreditation authorises participants to deliver Classroom Profiling training within their own school. Delivery of external training is reserved for Accredited Facilitators.
