CP Level 2 – Browns Plains SHS – Lisa Collins

This three-day advanced training supports Classroom Profilers to deepen their expertise in the profiling process and take on expanded responsibilities within schools and systems.

CP Level 2 provides participants with:

Access to the Classroom Profiling Observation Database
Participants are trained to use the Observation Database, enabling them to submit observation data and generate whole-school summary reports to inform strategic planning and school improvement.

Quality Assurance Certification
Successful completion provides Quality Assurance (QA) certification, authorising participants to contribute data to the Summary of Collated Data. QA certification remains valid for up to 18 months, supporting the integrity and consistency of this extensive dataset.

Advanced Skills Development
Participants refine their ability to facilitate high-quality professional conversations focused on pedagogy, classroom practice, and teacher engagement, within a collegial, reflective, and supportive environment.

Intended Audience
Classroom Profilers who have completed CP Level 1 and are actively profiling within their school or region.
