May 5 @ 8:30 AM – May 6 @ 3:00 PM
The Classroom Profiling Instructor Training program prepares experienced profilers to deliver CP Level 1 and Essential Skills for Classroom Management (ESCM) training within their own school.
This program equips participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver CP training with fidelity, while supporting colleagues to strengthen classroom practice, student engagement, and positive learning environments.
Participants will develop the skills to:
Deliver CP Level 1 and ESCM training
Learn how to facilitate professional learning sessions using Classroom Profiling resources, protocols and training structures.
Lead professional learning with confidence
Develop the presentation and facilitation skills required to guide staff through key ESCM and Classroom Profiling concepts.
Support whole-school improvement
Strengthen the capacity of your school to embed Classroom Profiling as part of a long-term approach to improving classroom practice.
Program Structure
Instructor Training uses a blended learning model, combining pre-training preparation activities with two face-to-face training days.
Participants will receive a set of activities to complete prior to attending the training and are asked to bring these with them to the session. This preparation replaces the previous third training day and ensures participants arrive ready to engage deeply with the program.
