Classroom profiling is a supportive and reflective practice that teachers can use to enhance the effectiveness of their pedagogy. It is a confidential, non-judgmental process that enables teachers to reflect on the effective learning and teaching strategies they employ to build relationships and manage the behaviour of the students in their care.

As a CP Level 1, you will be able to profile colleagues and conduct a reflection session with them of their data to help them reflect on their implementation of ESCMs and other behaviour management strategies.

Pre-requisite for this training is that the trainee has had some training and use of ESCMs in their practice.

This training will be conducted by Robyn Ferling (CPI Level 2) and Andrew Maddern  (CPI Level 2) at Kingaroy State High School
